Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
Installation:
Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If The Delivery Condition Is:
Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
Knocked-down – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
Cleaning Technique
Wipe off the dirt from the furniture with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using the excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.
Avoid Chemicals
Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability. Also, make sure to avoid application of polyurethane paints on the furniture.
Scratch & Burn Remedy
Scratches, burns, residue and any other surface damage can be taken off with a fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding.
This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.
I must say, woodenhistory has delivered better than what they had promised. The quality of the wood used and the polish work is truly amazing. I have installed the hanging sofa in my drawing room. And definitely it is the best thing in my drawing room.

I would like to give the overall 5 points to the product,it was very easy to assemble, mostly took 15 minutes to assemble the table..
Table seems very strong and heavy though the chairs are very light weight..this set is really very beautiful as shown in the picture..I would also like to mention the seller is very helpful and contactable,cleared all my doubts without any delay..very quick delivery,the promised delivery date was 4th april and got it yesterday..so so happy..thumps up
This was exactly as advertised size and all. The parts were marked and assembly was pretty easy for a 52 year old woman. love it from washington!
